Your must agree to the following terms and conditions prior to signing up

 

Terms of Service

Please read the ResumeSnapper.com Terms of Service (TOS) carefully. Included within the TOS is ResumeSnapper.com's policy on SPAM and sending ADVERTISEMENTS to the candidates who use our service.

Please note that ResumeSnapper.com is for third party contingency or retained search and staffing agencies only, NOT FOR DIRECT EMPLOYERS.

By signing up to receive resumes from ResumeSnapper.com, you agree to the following:

You are not allowed to send candidates any form of SPAM or ADVERTISING. We regularly monitor our network to ensure
ResumeSnapper.com referred candidates are not receiving SPAM or ADVERTISEMENTS. If your company is found in violation of this policy, we will pursue strict legal and civil action per our Terms of Service.

You represent a bona fide search firm engaged in contingency or permanent placement. You are not a direct employer.

You will not charge or offer to charge any candidate referred by ResumeSnapper.com for any of your services.

You will not send Unsolicited Commercial Email (SPAM) to any candidate referred to your firm by ResumeSnapper.com. You further agree that you will not add ResumeSnapper.com referred candidates to any mailing list without prior written approval from the candidate. You further agree that if it is determined that this policy has been violated, ResumeSnapper.com reserves the right to terminate your account and take any legal action at its disposal.

You will not contact ResumeSnapper.com candidates for any reason other than for bona fide career opportunities that would be considered normal and customary employment. No multi-level marketing, get rick quick schemes, work at home jobs, or any opportunity that would cause a candidate to have to make a personal investment will be presented to a referred candidate via e-mail, phone, fax, direct mail or in-person.

You agree not to dispense, forward, or otherwise transfer any personal information about a ResumeSnapper.com referred
candidate without the prior written consent of the candidate first. This includes: not presenting a candidate's credentials to a potential employer, and/or publishing a candidate's personal information in a database that can be
viewed by others not associated with your firm.

You agree not to re-distribute any candidate resume in any manner without first receiving permission from the candidate.

You agree not to share any personal information about a ResumeSnapper.com candidate without first receiving permission from the candidate.

You acknowledge that all resumes received from ResumeSnapper.com are not guaranteed to be accurate or truthful. You are responsible for verifying all candidate information, including qualifications, employment history, employment
eligibility, visa status or any other candidate information. You acknowledge that you will accept these resumes at your own risk.

ResumeSnapper.com reserves the right to terminate any recruiter account for any reason whatsoever. The ResumeSnapper.com
administrator has sole discretion over all terminations and re-activations if any. The ResumeSnapper.com Administrator's
decision is final.

You agree in the event ResumeSnapper.com or its agent requests information pertaining to your account that you will provide said information within 24 hours of notification.

ResumeSnapper.com reserves the right to change or modify these terms without warning. Your continued usage of ResumeSnapper.com services indicates your acceptance of the TOS.

You agree that through your usage of the ResumeSnapper.com website to agree to abide by the laws of the State of New York. You agree that the forum for all litigation as a result of misuse of the ResumeSnapper.com service shall be the State of New York, not withstanding conflict of laws rules.

You agree that the transmission of unsolicited commercial electronic mail (UCE or SPAM) is against both the policies of ResumeSnapper.com and illegal in the State of New York, and will be vigorously prosecuted when detected. The current civic penalty is $500 per incident.

You acknowledge and agree that if ResumeSnapper.com must bring an action for breach of this agreement due to unauthorized
contact with candidates, you will be responsible for any and all attorney fees and costs associated with the action.

You agree that the name "ResumeSnapper.com" and all associated information on the ResumeSnapper.com website, including
candidate resumes, are the intellectual property of Resume Corner, Inc. and their unauthorized use consitutes copyright and trademark infringement.
